42 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 1NF
Sarti Renfield Street is the newest Italian restaurant of the Sarti group, based in the city centre of Glasgow. Housed in a beautiful 1890’s banking hall with Murano chandeliers and original marble features, if offers a different kind of atmosphere to that of Wellington Street and Bath Street. In Sarti Renfield street you dine on marble tables surrounded by wood paneling - but don’t let that put you off if you want to sample Sarti’s famous pizza and pasta dishes!
You’ll find everything here that you would in Wellington Street and Bath Street Italian restaurants, with the same wonderful aromas from the kitchen filling the restaurant and the busy atmosphere is just as vibrant. All evenings in Sarti are busy so it would be advised that you reserve your table in advance, that way you can avoid a wait at the bar - bookings can be made over the phone or through the website at our “contact us” page.
At Sarti Renfield Street we also hold various event nights throughout the year with the most popular being our grappa night. Details regarding such events can be found on the website, in our restaurant or any of our other social media outlets.
Another popular choice at Renfield Street restaurant is our Italian lessons, which run every alternate Sunday. Taught by your every own Italian teacher the lessons are perfect for those who are planning an Italian getaway or those who want to speak Italiano just like “mamma”, our “events page” provides more information regarding the lessons.
As at Sarti Wellington Street and Sarti Bath Street, you are able to purchase our own Sarti recipe Salsciccia Toscana (hot or mild) and our own Sarti blend coffee (ground or bean). Both our salsiccia & coffee are made from our own family recipes dating back 100 years.
Sarti has also become a popular place to shop for your seasonal gifts for foodies. At Easter we stock products such as the beautifully wrapped Easter eggs and Columba and at Christmas you will find a selection of Panettone and Pandoro. Our Sarti Italian hampers are also very popular, and can be created for any special occasion, for various budgets using only the finest Italian products (see the Hamper page for more info regarding these).
