Sarti’s luxury 3-course menu for 2 includes:
Choice of starters:
- Antipasto: selection of Italian sliced meats, cheeses and pickles.
- Gamberoni: 6 King prawns in shells, marinated and ready to toss into a hot pan for frying. Includes rocket and lemon wedges to present at table.
- Involtino di speck e mozzarella di bufala: Buffala mozzarella wrapped with wild boar, set on top of crusty bread with cream and parmesan. Ready to bake.
Main Course
- 2 x Fillet Steak (8oz), expertly seared & ready to go in the oven. Full instructions provided to allow you to finish each steak as you like it (rare, medium etc).
- Choice of peppercorn, red wine or a simple wedge of lemon.
- Tray of Italian roasted potatoes & vegetables, that just need to go in the oven (again, we’ll provide the cooking instructions).
Drinks
- Bottle of our fabulous house red, white or rosé wine.
- There’s also the option upgrade to Prosecco or a different wine when ordering, for a small supplement. You can read more about the different wines here.
- Large bottle of still or sparkling mineral water.
Choice of desserts
- There’s a great choice of classics desserts, to provide a fantastic finale to your meal.
