Taglierini Tri Colore 250g


Taglierini Alba is a very thin and flat strip of egg dough. In appearance, they resemble tagliatelle, but in diameter they are much thinner. Pasta Casa Rinaldi Egg Taglierini Alba Tricolor pasta (Taglierini Alba Tricolore all’ uovo) is usually served with butter and truffles or with Bolognese sauce. Egg pasta is made with the addition of eggs, on the content of which in the test according to Italian law must not be less than 5.5% by weight of pasta. Egg noodles have a richer flavour and colour compared to noodles made from pure durum wheat semolina, but also have more calories. Goes well with delicious meat and cream sauces.
