Amarone della Valpolicella Case Vecie


Brigaldara 40% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 10% local varietals.
A big wine with enormous depth of flavour & interlocking layers. The grapes are harvested manually during the first 10 days in October and left to dry in specially built airy attics for no less than 100 days. They are crushed at the end of January, fermented for 20 days and then put into French barrique for 36 months. Intense!!! Rich, smooth, vanilla, raspberries, coffee, chocolate & treacle notes. Amarone can acheive alcoholic volume of 16% – drink with rich foods or cheese – or if you are very brave, by itself & enjoy!!
