Restaurants

There are three great restaurants in Glasgow and they are all called Sarti, in these restaurants you will be guaranteed authentic Tuscan and Ligurian specialities cooked for you by enthusiastic young chefs who have been trained by Sandro, Piero and the head chefs Leonardo and Michele.

Whether you fancy an antipasto, pizza, pasta or a grigliata mista di pesce or rosticiana della Garfagnana, Sarti will always have something on the menu to please, if we do not then we will endeavour to make it for you.

Wellington Street, the old lady of Sarti, was opened in 1992 and has a friendly deli atmosphere, with its open kitchen you can watch the chef at work, the walls are decorated with shelves bulging with virgin olive oil, pasta, balsamic vinegar and many more goodies from Italy.

Bath Street has a more Italian courtyard feel to the restaurant, again with its open kitchen the restaurant fills with wonderful aromas from the flaming pans of the busy chefs, a quieter part of the restaurant is our cantina, or wine room, here we have four coveted tables where you eat surrounded by our two hundred different wines from every corner of Italy.

Renfield Street is the newest of the Sarti group, we opened this restaurant in a 1870's banking hall, it has a totally different atmosphere than the others, in Renfield Street you dine on marble tables, surrounded by wood panelling with five huge Murano glass chandeliers above your head, the kitchen and the aromas are the same as the other Sarti restaurants and the busily atmosphere is just as vibrant.
